Return & Refunds Policy

The provision of goods and services by Vape Tree is subject to stock availability. In case of unavailability, we will contact the client within 2 days to discuss amendments and clarifications. Client-initiated order cancellations will incur a 10% administration fee along with the applicable courier costs.

Given the nature of our products, warranties are provided at our discretion, depending on the type of product purchased. We do not provide warranties for consumable items (coils/e-liquids) and products damaged due to abuse or negligence.

All electronic devices carry a 3-month warranty, subject to our terms and conditions.

To benefit from the manufacturer's warranty, proof of purchase (order number) within the 3-month period and the original packaging are required.

For online purchases, the following requirements must be met:

  1. Email stating the issue.
  2. Video depicting the issue.
  3. Proof of Purchase/Order number.
  4. Completed RMA form.

For warranty claims, the box must be undamaged with sleeves intact. The customer bears the courier costs for returning the item to us and subsequent shipment back.

Any staff recommendations are based on feedback, not an offer to purchase. Consumers are responsible for their purchase decisions, and no exchanges/refunds are considered for unmet expectations.

If a used electronic item has a warranty claim, an assessment will determine its viability. Unsuccessful assessments will result in the device being returned with reasoning provided.

All products must be left at our store for assessment, taking 7-10 business days, depending on the supplier.

Manufacturer's warranty covers defective products, not those not meeting expectations.

Not covered under warranty:

  • Batteries (unless stone dead on arrival).
  • E-liquid/Coils/Cotton/Pre-filled pods (considered consumables).
  • RTA’s/Sub-ohm Tanks/RDA’s (except for manufacturing defects).
  • Damage due to negligence.
  • Liquid damage.
  • Improper software installation.
  • Paint chipping or fading.
  • 510 connectors and related problems.
  • USB/Type-C charging pins and related issues.
  • Visible damage and abuse.

Repairs for issues not covered under warranties will be billed once the quote is accepted, with advance payment required.

Disposable Devices

Disposable devices are consumables with no warranty once they leave the premises. Each product's lifespan varies, and no warranty is offered due to their consumable nature.
